Unnamed ArtistGuest Instructor
Our Unnamed Artist is a theater maker, peacebuilding consultant, and trainer working across continents while based between two vibrant cities. As a theater maker, they draw on the meeting point of improvisational theater (improv) and storytelling traditions to inspire performing, writing, directing/devising, radio dramas, sound design, and music making. In peacebuilding, they use listening exercises, conflict analysis frameworks, and systems thinking to facilitate community dialogues and strategize interventions — especially through arts-based approaches. An avid practitioner of Theatre of the Oppressed, Playback Theater, and expressive arts for conflict transformation, they lead workshops that foster connection and change. They train in improvisational theater topics, theater skills, stand-up comedy coaching, storytelling, and performance development. They also offer peacebuilding trainings on conflict transformation through the arts, dialogue, negotiation, and more. They have been a guest lecturer at multiple universities on theater, peacebuilding, and creative practice. In business contexts, they deliver trainings and coaching on soft skills using improvisational theater and storytelling.
