Do you find yourself overusing the same 3-4 beaten down characters? Do you always start from your head or idea and forget about your body? In this workshop we will connect with our bodies. We will run around, dance and move, laugh and connect with our bodies.
Join us for a sneak peek into the physical theatre world and find out how your body, its pace and rhythm, its natural movement and its sense of adventure could be your best inspiration. Instead of thinking of the story or the voice, we will let our body lead us into a journey to enrich our characters and more importantly, the methods in which we create them.
Wearing comfortable clothes is recommended.
