This workshop builds bridges between dance and physical theatre, guiding participants to create from and with the body. Students will explore movement’s connections with image, ideas, and words, discovering poetic ways to tell stories, express emotions, and invent imaginary worlds with unconventional bodies. Through these practices, they will develop tools to enrich individual and group improvisation, fostering collaboration, empathy, dialogue, and expanding the expressive potential of the body as a pathway to creative expression.
