Athina Valantasi Mantelou

Athina Valantasi-Mantellou is an actress and improviser from Athens. She has been involved in theater since the age of twelve and later graduated from the drama school Modern Times and the Theater-Cinema Department of the Art School of Athens.
Athina is a co-founder, co-owner and a teacher at ImproSynthesis, a new improv school in Athens, that aims to connect different teaching methods and international communities. She is a member of the improv theater group Raining Cats and Bats, performing with their original improv formats around Greece and at various international improv festivals across Europe, including Amsterdam and BIG IF. In addition to her improv work, Athina also participated in various theater roles, like in the Last Bird, directed by Frank Totino, and the White Rose: We Will Never Be Silent that she also co-created. |
